Shipping policy

We ship across India through our logistics partners.

Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within [1–2 business days] of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery: Estimated delivery is [3–7 business days] depending on your location. Remote and non-metro pincodes may take longer.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. Any COD handling fee, if applicable, is shown at checkout.

Payment options: We accept prepaid payment (cards, UPI, net banking via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery (COD). For some orders, a small advance may be requested to confirm a COD order.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Serviceability: If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you with alternatives.
